Perseid Meteor over Paranal Observatory

Perseid meteor passing above Paranal observatory. The four main (8m diameter mirrors) telescope are opened and observing. Two small (1.8m diameter mirror) auxiliary telescopes are also completely opened and doing interferometric observations. The domes are lit by the Moon that is setting outside the left hand side of the picture.
