"Los Cielos de Chile"
This wide field image shows the Galactic Center region in the Milky
Way.
It is a very rich region of the sky, the most beautiful to me. and is
located in the constellations of Scorpius and Sagittarius. Among the
zones and objects of interest on this image are : the colourful Antares region , the Baade window region
, the Lagoon Nebula region with, just above it, the Trifid
Nebula. The
large and dark Pipe
Nebula sits in the
middle of this field.
